Die Wohnung ist fußläufig zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof entfernt und bietet alle öffentliche Verkehrsmittel an!

Our rooms in the Gutleutviertel are the perfect solution for students and professionals who are looking for a furnished living space in the heart of Frankfurt for at least 3 months, but also gladly longer.

The apartment is within walking distance to Frankfurt's main train station and offers all public transportation!

Ausstattung

Hier erwartet die Bewohner eine sanierte und top modern möblierte 3-Zimmerwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit Aufzug.

Die Zimmer werden einzeln vergeben.

Küche und Bad teilen sich die drei Bewohner.

In der Wohngemeinschaft gibt es insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Die Größe variieret zwischen 16m² und ca. 28m².

Je nach Ausrichtung des Zimmers verfügen Sie über einen einmaligen Skyline-Ausblick!

Alle Zimmer sind neu und modern möbliert.
Jedes Zimmer ist einzeln absperrbar und wohnlich mit Gardinen, Bildern, Boxspringbett inkl. Bettzeug und Bettwäsche, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und TV eingerichtet.

Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und auch schon mit Besteck/Geschirr ausgestattet. An das Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett wurde ebenfalls gedacht.

Das Badezimmer mit Tageslicht ist modern, neu in grau/weiß gefliest und mit Wc, Dusche und einem Spiegelschrank ausgestattet.

In der Miete sind bereits alle Nebenkosten enthalten, natürlich auch kostenfreies WLAN.

The bathroom with daylight is modern, newly tiled in gray / white and equipped with Wc, shower and a mirror cabinet.

In the rent are already included all utilities, of course also free wifi.
