We appraise your property for sale individually and in detail together with you, discuss all the details and then, always only after evaluating the documents you have submitted about the property, give you our professional and only then well-founded possible market price estimate.
Compare the valuation of your property with a diagnosis from the doctor, who can only offer you a diagnosis if he has examined you carefully, and the diagnosis will not be correct just by looking at it. And we want to "examine" your property in exactly the same way so that we can then also provide a well-founded evaluation.
We check the following together with you in the on-site appointment:

- the annual costs of maintaining the property (property tax, additional costs, ...)
We would then like to see or receive the following documents:
- current extract from the register
- energy certificate
- Floor plan + living space calculation
- building description
and additionally for condominiums:
- the minutes of owners' meetings
- housekeeping bills
- reserve balance
and in the case of capital investments or commercial real estate, the existing leases or a list of the current rental income.
A realistic purchase price assessment is only possible after extensive evaluation of this information and documents together with our more than 30 years of market experience, but then it is really well-founded and thus also significantly faster in terms of marketing success.
Your object will then be put in the right light in a competent and effective way and put online with attractive photos/video. In addition, the prospective buyers already listed with us will receive the detailed exposé in advance
sent directly.
Of course, we only carry out individual viewings with previously selected interested parties and as a result we have a very high and quick completion rate.
Of course, we will also advise you on all questions relating to the purchase contract, prepare the notary appointment and we will also be at your side when the property is handed over.
