Who are we?

I, Ulrike Moser, as the owner of Moser Immobilien Service, have been an independent real estate agent in and around Frankfurt since 1992 and have been successfully involved in the marketing (sale and rental) of apartments, houses and commercial real estate (office and retail space).

Over the many years we have built up an extensive network and each individual owner is given personal, competent advice and comprehensive support. With us, you are not customer number x,y..., but the important VIP customer with whom we want to work trustingly and successfully for many years. With our company headquarters on the Sachsenhäuser Berg, we always guarantee short distances within the Rhine-Main area.

With the company Wohnungs Entwicklungs GmbH and its brand "We rooms“ (www.we-rooms.de), Managing Director Tim Moser, has been a further important partner to the family business since 2015. The focus here is on the marketing of services + marketing of furnished apartments (temporary living) as well as the offer regarding technical property management, refurbishment, renovation, conversion of existing properties with our own team of employees.

And there is also a classic hotel offer with the We rooms Hotel.

Thanks to the close cooperation between the two companies, we can perfectly combine both manpower and expertise and can really provide you with answers and success-oriented solutions for all questions relating to your real estate.
